How to confront circumstances against assasinator software embedded (nested in a sense of computer viruses) inside the memory of autonomous systems?

(Hint: computer viruses inside autonomous systems could be programmed in a hidden crypto way 

because of additional nano hardware mainly.)

How to detect possible activation of assasinator software that becomes manifested in our
environment in real time, from autonomous systems?

What kind of punishment must be given to these software producers (programmers/knowledge
engineers)?

What kind of laws' founders must be created for justice, in order to confront such a type of problems?
(The whole society could be suffered too much because of these kind of circumstances).

Programmable machines' criminal software is a new kind of illegal social activity that heavily
counts against every one of us.

Random chaotic criminal software decisions by autonomous systems (e.g. robots) without prior
criminal tension by there producers, it is the worst case of laws' founders for sharing justice and
yielding the appropriate punishment against of those creators of "criminal software" as well.

(The chaotic behavior of autonomous systems because of high complexity of expert systems
embedded inside the "brain" (memory) of these machines, can be very dangerous without any
responsibility of the humane factor that programs such a kind of these machines finally) .
